When you contact us through a form, we collect the data you fill in: name, company or organization, role, email and the information you write about your request. If you send a request from the check-up, we also receive the topics you chose to tick and any context you add voluntarily. To limit repeated attempts, the server uses, for a few minutes, an identifier derived from the IP address, which is not stored in clear text.

We use the information collected to:

• respond to your requests and questions;
• prepare or provide the requested services;
• ensure form security and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject, the performance of a service or the legitimate interest in responding to and protecting the website, depending on the request.

Google Analytics and the SIGBEO visit count are only activated after you accept analytics. The visit count sends the page visited, the referring site and the campaign parameters (UTM) to the SIGBEO platform server (api.sigbeo.pt), without cookies and without a persistent identifier.

reCAPTCHA is loaded when you submit a form, to prevent spam and abuse. The list, purpose and duration are described in the Cookie Policy.

We do not sell personal data. To operate the website, data may be processed by the hosting provider, the SMTP email provider and by Google when using Analytics or reCAPTCHA, subject to their respective data protection conditions and guarantees. They may also be communicated when the law requires it.

We apply server-side validation, encrypted connections, abuse control and restricted access to credentials. No system is invulnerable; we maintain updates and controls proportionate to the risk and review incidents when they occur.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, as applicable, by email or through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.

We keep requests only for the period necessary to respond, provide the service, comply with legal obligations or defend rights. The retention periods for Google services are managed in the respective settings and identified in the Cookies Policy.
