6 axes of development

Resources to better deal with everyday demands.

The work starts from concrete objectives and transfers learning to real situations.

Mental Clarity

Focus, priorities, dispersion, decision making and mental organization.

Emotional Balance

Self-awareness, reactivity, self-regulation and response to pressure.

Stress & Recovery

Signs of overload, limits, breaks, recovery and personal sustainability.

Confidence & Self-Efficacy

Self-criticism, insecurity, fear of failure and confidence in the face of challenges.

Mental Habits

Routines, self-care, discipline, disconnection and consistency.

Adaptability

Change, uncertainty, professional transitions and resilience.

Follow-up method

Clarify. Identify. Work on it. Apply. Consolidate.

The path starts from the employee's real objective, promotes autonomy and maintains clear scope limits.

Clinical boundary

Mental Coaching is not Psychology.

It does not diagnose, clinically assess or treat burnout, anxiety, depression or trauma. In the presence of significant distress, symptoms, crisis or risk, the person is referred to psychological support or to another appropriate health professional.
